Nice Costume!

Mimikyuu and Pikachu have a costume party!!

So two new Pokemon have been leaked not too long ago: Kiteruguma and Mimikkyuu.
Kiteruguma is some pink red panda bear thing that can hug you to death.
Cool.
And then there's Mimikkyuu.
A Ghost/Fairy Pokemon that has a spooky Pikachu cloth that hides it's true form.
I absolutely love this thing. The game's not even out yet and I already have 20 of them.
It's just so cute! Though I was curious to know why it looks like a Pika, though.
Looking around I found a few sources that say the cloak is some Pikachu merch from 20 years ago.
The cloak is used to protect itself from the sun and to try to be friendly with humans like Pikachu.
It just wants to be loved!! It a feels kinda meta. Like Nintendo knows how popular Pikachu is
and how every generation has a "Pika-Clone" (Pluse/Minun, Pachirisu, Emolga, etc.) and here
we have a Pokemon that's literally trying to be like Pikachu. I love it!!

So since it's dressed as a Pika I drew a Pika dressed as Mimikkyuu.
Yep. It's gone full circle.
